Due to my age, the still-present risk of serious illness due to RSV and covid I will no longer be doing in home service. I will not be returning phone calls regarding in home and large screen repair. I will continue to service small table type vintage radios, vintage test equipment, and black and white TVs with screen sizes under 12 inches, on a drop-off by appointment basis.

Professional TV Installation makes your life easier:

Modern high definition LCD LED and plasma TVs are, for want of a better word, complicated. Let an experienced professional TV technician deal with that nest of wires from the DVD, the Blue Ray, the cable box, the DVR, the surround sound and more for you. We will also program your remotes so that one remote will run as many devices as possible.

Most installations are $65 for TVs under 60 inches, and $95 for TVs over 60 inches.

What the TV Shop offers in the way of installation:

Our basic installation package includes hooking up the cable box or satellite receiver and one other item to the TV.
All connections are made properly and the operation of each unit and feature is verified.
Remote controls are programmed, whenever possible, so that one remote runs multiple devices.
Additional devices such as surround sound, video games and more can be installed at a slight additional charge.

What the TV Shop does not offer:

Due to insurance considerations and possible building code issues we do not hang TVs on the wall or install wall brackets. We will install these TVs as mentioned above once they are hung by the consumer or their contractor.
We do not fish wires through walls.
We do not remove TVs over 42 inches from the box.
